Bacon Masterclass, Drink & Dinner at Food at 52, in partnership with Bacon Connoisseurs Week
Evening, 6.30pm – 10pm, £75
The bacon masterclass is back! By popular demand and in partnership with Bacon Connoisseurs Week. With new recipes, a bacon bloody mary and a bacon curry to finish.
The masterclass will begin with a delicious bacon bloody mary (the recipe will be in the goody bag) and then we will cook:
Chipotle Bacon Jam – better than any you have tasted with only the best ingredients. Chipotle fuelled, smoky and sticky.
Bacon Jam Fudge – it takes time but it is fantastic, and it is amazing with a single malt
Bourbon Bacon Chocolate Truffles – smoky, rich and fabulous
We will finish with a bacon curry, you will love it!
